It’s very easy to make this tea and we hope you’ll enjoy it!
So, here is the recipe of the Vietnamese fruit tea:
tea – 2 cups (500 ml) strong boiled
sugar – to taste
ice – 4 – 5 cubes
fruit – 7 oz (200 g) pineapple, oranges, peaches or apricots
rum – 4/5 cup (200 ml)
Cool off the tea and add a little bit of sugar according to your taste. Pour the tea into glasses with a few pieces of ice.
Cut fruits into cubes and pour rum over the cubes. Wait for 10 minutes. Place fruit cubes evenly in each cup of tea.
Optionally, you can add a little cream to the Vietnamese tea.
