Ginger Lemon Honey Tea

1 lemon
200 ml of 100% natural honey
1 ginger root

How to prepare:

Chop the ginger and lemon into small pieces then put them in a blender and mix. Afterwards, add the honey and mix again. Transfer the resulting mixture in a clean glass jar, which you need to cover with a lid, and store it in the fridge.

How to consume:

juice from one lemon or several lemon slices
