How can one file a complaint against a debt collector with the Federal Trade Commission or the Consumer Protection Bureau?

    Collectors are currently required to comply with the law. If they don’t comply with federal or state law, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or the Consumer Protection Bureau. If cks financial keeps calling me, you can also file a lawsuit against debt collectors who don’t follow the law.
