How do you use Greater celandine or Chelidonium majus?

This is Chelidonium majus, commonly known as Greater celandine or Tetterwort, Nipplewort, or Swallowwort, a plant in the genus Chelidonium, in the poppy family Papaveraceae.

It is native to Europe and western Asia and introduced widely in North America.

I’ve read it has many medicinal properties and used in herbalism because of alkaloids it contains.

How do you use this herb? What is it considered good for in your country? Does it really have any healing properties? I am very interested in the healing properties of the herbs, so I really appreciate all your answers and comments. Thank you.

I’ve heard it was used for treating cancer….. in about 2005-2006 I was reading about it. It contains a range of isoquinoline alkaloids, with the main alkaloid coptisine. Now, I see that it didn’t work. Sadly
