    Looks like a Catalpa tree.

Well, I don’t think it is Catalpa. Catalpa leaves are different and pods look different as well. They are more straight and thicker. We can see Catalpa leaves here http://snaplant.com/question/what-is-this-tree-with-long-thin-pods-and-white-flowers/

This tree looks like Markhamia lutea, also called Nile tulip or trumpet, Bell Bean tree, Siala (Luo) tree or Muu (Kikuyu), belongs to the Bignoniaceae, and native to eastern Africa.

Markhamia was named in the honour of Clements Markham (1830-1916), who worked in India.

    Where have you seen it?
