I saw these lovely blooming trees with pink fluffy blooms and thought that it is Sakura or Japanese cherry, Prunus serrulata. Am I right? Thank you.

    Yes, it is Prunus serrulata or Japanese cherry, Kwanzan Cherry or Sakura in Japan. Or just a cherry blossom.
