Need help to identify this houseplant with red flowers

Can someone help please with identity of this plant. My friend bought it at a market stall in Kyiv. The stall assistant insisted it was a trailing plant. Strange thing is it loves climbing. My friend tried searching on the web and the nearest plant he coud find is the ‘Brazilian Jasmin’ which has scented flowers. This one doesn’t smell at all. Any ideas? Thanks!

Probably Mandevilla splendens or Mandevilla sanderi. It is a climber. Is the throat of the flower yellow?

The throat of the flower is the same as the rest, red.

Looks like Mandevilla sanderi red form to me. Lovely twining, evergreen climber with large, deep red trumpet-shaped flowers.
