Hello Traveler! The fruit looks like a waterapple (Syzygium samarangense, family Myrtaceae), common names in English include Java apple, Semarang rose-apple and wax jambu, but the leaves look like from a different plant – it seems as the leaves belong to the Heart leaf philodendron, the common name for the Phildendron Scanden.
