Looks like Abelia grandiflora, also known as Glossy Abelia. Abelia is a genus in the honeysuckle family Caprifoliaceae. Flowering continues over a long and continuous period from late spring to fall.

Abelias are popular garden shrubs. The most widely grown is the hybrid Abelia x grandiflora (hybrid Abelia chinensis x Abelia uniflora).
