Which honey has the best healing properties?

Hi friends! There are lots of different types of honey:  Acacia honey,  Buckwheat honey, Clover honey, Sage honey, Wildflower honey, Pine Tree honey and many others.
Do you know which type of honey is richiest in antioxidants, minerals and other components which are good for health? Basically which honey is the best for your health?
Thank you!

Hi there! I’ve heard that the darker honeys have more antioxidants, like buckweat honey.  Also Manuka honey. This honey is made in New Zealand from the nectar of Manuka flowers (Leptospermum scoparium). Manuka honey can be use to treat nearly all ulcers, fistulas, post-surgical wounds, and abscesses. It is also used to treat non-healing wounds in cancer patients, including those induced by radiation therapy. Some also apply honey to herpes blisters. Manuka honey healing action is largely attributed to what is called “Unique Manuka Factor,” or UMF. You’ll often see manuka graded as “12+” or “16+,” which refers to the amount of good healing stuff in it, so higher numbers are better (and more expensive).
