Why my tomatoes are misshapen and scarred?

Hi to all! Last year I had many tomatoes (especially big varieties) misshapen and scarred,  with irregular bulges at the blossom-end. Why my tomatoes are deformed ? What do I do wrong and what I should avoid to grow perfect tomatoes? Thank you in advance for all your answers.

    I only know that this has a funny name “catfacing” fruit deformity, when tomatoes grow misshapen and scarred.
